Three years in oak barrels. One exceptional wine.
Opens with alluring aromas of dark chocolate, bay leaf, blackberry, mocha, touches of cedar, and maple. Hints of dried cherry, figs, and freshly toasted bread present themselves. Incredibly soft tannins unfold upon the palate with notes of creamy mocha, blackberry syrup, kirsch, and hints of vanilla. Well balanced and approachable now, our Petite Sirah will continue to age gracefully for 5-8 years or more. 105 cases.
