On The Rise - Making Dough at Tedeschi Family Winery

Join us around the family's wood fired oven for a full pizza demo. Great cooking is about more than recipes - it's about techniques. In this workshop you'll work together with other Tedeschi fans in a fun, hands-on environment led by Chef Makras, of San Francisco's Bambino's Ristorante, where he'll be sharing his timeless dough recipe. He'll then show you how to transform his classic Italian dough into three savory favorites: pizzas, foccacia bread, and bread twists. A glass of wine is included, along with samples of each dish. At the end of the session, you'll get to enjoy your very own, well-deserved, wood-fired pizza fresh from the oven. Tickets are $65 per person.
